To Whom It May Concern, I normally don’t write testimonials, but in this case I was compelled to do so.  Ted Bosse to me was a life saver, when I got into some serious financial trouble back in April, I was falling behind on my mortgage as well as all my regular bills,  I was forced to go into foreclosure proceedings  and I was completely under duress.  When Ted first contacted me I was very leery and skeptical.  I had some previous dealing with some other person who offered to buy my town home.  That turned out to be a complete nightmare.  So when Ted called me to buy my house I, as I said was very skeptical.  But after speaking to him and communicating with him on a daily basis, I became more assured that he was trustworthy. He is a man of his word, everything he said he would do he did.  I highly recommend Ted Bosse if you’re having problems or just want to sell your house quickly.

My wife and I would like to thank you for all you’ve done for us.  Words cannot describe how grateful we are to you, you are truly an answered prayer-an angel sent to us from GOD. Always honest, upfront with us-you delivered on all you claimed to be ale to do for us.  Somehow you turned our bad and somewhat sad situation into a tolerable gracious experience.  We may be leaving life in FL behind us, but a whole new life awaits in MO.

I was in a foreclosure situation and I called Mr. Bosse and I was a bit afraid of what he would say and how he could help me, and he started working on all my problems and I can never forget Mr. Bosse, he did everything he promised to do, and I was so pleased and thankful that this man came into my life.  Ted Bosse is a person that should be given a crown in glory.  Thank God you save me from being homeless.

To Whom It May Concern

Ted knocked on my door one day when I was not in the best frame of mind. I was heavily in debt.  My 24 year old son was not getting a job like he promised.  I had to do something!!! Ted explained what he does and the several different ways to do it.  He told me what to expect from my mortgage people and other people in the business, and than he let me think about it.  NO PRESSURE!!! NO PESTERING CALLS!!!

I talked to other people and family members, than called Ted to tell him to go ahead with plan A buying the house out-right.  Ted let me choose when I could move, at a date convenient to me.  Ted has kept his promises and than some.

One day when Ted and I were trying to talk business, he could tell something wasn’t right. Ted stayed on the phone talking to me, and gave me words of encouragement about my son.

Ted is Truly a peson who cared about me and the situation I was in.  He helped find an apartment for me.  He made calls to the movers and arranged everything with them (even when I had to re-schedule a couple of times). Ted is truly wonderful.                                                                                                                                                                                                                 ….Debbie K

I was going through so many poblems with getting my house being sold. My fiance' had left me and didn't so much as face me. Instead he wrote a letter and took off. Which actually made me start going into forclosure and even wose I had lost my job. I went through many different companies who in the end did absolutley nothing but waste the little bit of time I had. I would definatley recommend them to everyone and in fact I already have. This group is very successful & professional in getting this huge headache off your hands. With as little as possible work on you. They are definatley someone you can trust. I know this because of what they did for me. I am truley blessed to have been able to find such a good company and good people like Response Realty Group. I hope who ever is considering them will take my word for it because I know they won't let you down!
